IMEDP in Harry Gwala

As part of the National Informal & Micro Enterprise Development Programme (IMEDP) Deputy Minister Dipuo Peters for department of Small Business Development today was in Harry Gwala District at Peace Initiative Hall in Ixopo.

The Deputy Minister was accompanied by Harry Gwala District Speaker Cllr Mdunge, Ubuhlebezwe Municipality Mayor Cllr EB Ngubo and CEO of Harry Gwala Development Agency Ms Whyte. The aim of this initiative was to uplift business owners in the informal sector by providing them with targeted skills development and training, as well as business tools and equipment to assist them to be sustainable and competitive.
